$30 off per hour in blocks of 5 hours

Current Hourly Rates:

If you have a monthly web care plan: $110 plus GST per hour
Less than 5 hours and not on a web care plan: $140 plus GST per hour
Pre-purchase in blocks of 5 hours: $110 plus GST per hour

Billable time

When you request work to be carried out, a minimum of 1 hour will be deducted from the total time you have purchased. A summary of completed work will be emailed to you when the time has been used.

We respond within 24 hours for non-urgent requests.

If you request work to be carried out ASAP, time will be recorded with a 1.2x multiplier (additional 20% ASAP fee).

Payment

You can request an invoice to pay within 7 days if you prefer not to checkout through Stripe.
