Pricing for website services
Hosting
- $549 plus GST per year for a business website including SSL management
- $949 plus GST per year for e-commerce including SSL management
- Contact Form (Gravity Forms) commercial license $89 plus GST per year
Domains
- $79 plus GST per year (.au|com.au|.com|org.au) including DNS.
- Configure DNS to point at website hosting and email hosting typically $80 plus GST.
Hourly work
- Web development: $110 or $140 per hour plus GST. The lower rate is available when your website is on an active Web Care Plan.
- SEO: $125 to $140 per hour plus GST.
- Programming/Database: $140 to $160 per hour plus GST.
Migrate website
- $300 plus GST to backup and restore a website (migrate server) and configure DNS, you must have a cPanel login to your host, alternatively we can migrate with access to WordPress admin, add $100 due to issues that can arise. Factors to consider are website storage size and whether e-commerce is involved.
Web Care Plans
If you have an active web care plan you'll receive the discounted hourly rate.
- Standard website: $179 to $220 plus GST for a typical website. See Standard web care plan details.
- E-commerce website: $450 plus GST for e-commerce websites. See E-commerce web care plan details.
Rebuild contact form and prevent spam
- $250 plus GST rebuild form, spam clean-up and add spam protection (reCAPTCHA)
- $70 per year plus GST licence Gravity Forms commercial plugin including form entries logging
SMTP website emailing
- Setup third party SMTP server (Brevo) to manage all email sending from the website $150 to $200 plus GST estimated. Cost will depend on whether Futurised has easy access to modify your domain name DNS records.
Email hosting
Dedicated email hosting (professional business email hosting, kept separate from your web hosting).
- Exchange Email Plan 1 (50GB storage) starting at $210 plus GST per year.
- Small email accounts are approx. $4 plus GST per month.

Google Integration (Initial Setup)
SEO initial setup (see detail) is required for visibility on Google and includes once-off setup of Google services to connect them to the new website.
- Google Analytics 4 setup (track on-site statistics)
- Google Search Console setup (track clicks coming from Google)
- Google Maps API setup (display map on website)
- Google Business Profile setup (business details in Google search results)
- Submit website to Google for indexing
$1,600 plus GST.
Search Engine Optimisation
- $800 plus GST SEO setup, this is a discounted rate when an SEO campaigns begins (Google Analytics 4, Reporting, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile)
- $1250 plus GST per month for 10 hours of work
- $1875 plus GST per month for 15 hours of work involving more content creation
