The method

A rebuild workflow designed for accuracy without touching the live site

Rebuilds are carefully recreated, not a messy builder-to-builder data conversion. We use the public site as the truth, rebuild the design natively in Cornerstone, and verify against the original page by page.

1. Crawl the live site

We list the public URLs, menus, page types, forms, repeated sections, and priority conversion paths.

2. Capture desktop and mobile

We take screenshots of important pages and states so the staging build can be compared visually, not just copied from memory.

3. Extract content and assets

We collect visible copy, images, buttons, internal links, form placements, headings, and page intent from the live site.

4. Rebuild in Cornerstone

We create native Pro Theme pages on staging with editable sections, rows, columns, text, images, buttons, forms, and reusable layout pieces.

5. Compare and refine

We review staging against the live screenshots across desktop and mobile, then tune spacing, hierarchy, content, and responsive behaviour.

6. Prepare launch notes

No live-site MCP install. We work from the public website, browser screenshots, visible copy, downloadable media, and public HTML. This keeps the live site untouched and is ideal for brochure sites, service pages, landing pages, and redesign-led rebuilds.
Best when: the visible site is the main source of truth and hidden builder data is not required.

Enhanced: temporary live-site access

For larger or more technical sites, temporary access can help us inspect menus, SEO metadata, media references, custom fields, forms, redirects, and template logic. We still rebuild into Cornerstone on staging, but source discovery is deeper.
Best when: preserving hidden content, forms, SEO, custom fields, or complex templates matters.
