Recover carefully
Where a straightforward restoration is possible within the initial allowance, we will attempt it. Complex malware removal or damaged custom code is quoted before additional work.
Reduce repeat risk
After recovery, you receive practical recommendations for passwords, updates, backups, hosting and ongoing Web Care. A monthly plan is recommended when appropriate, not compulsory.

How WordPress recovery works
1. Access and preserve
We confirm available WordPress and hosting access and create a backup where the website and hosting environment allow it.
2. Diagnose the failure
We check the domain, DNS, SSL, hosting response, WordPress files, database connection, administrators, plugins, theme and available security evidence.
3. Attempt a safe restoration
A straightforward repair may be completed within the initial allowance. We avoid destructive changes and preserve evidence and backups wherever possible.
4. Explain the result
You receive a summary of what was found, what was restored and what still requires attention. Work beyond the initial allowance proceeds only after your approval.
What the initial $330 does not guarantee
The initial fee does not guarantee complete malware removal, recovery of deleted data, repair of damaged custom code, removal from external blocklists or restoration where usable backups and access do not exist.
Additional work
Additional work is $154 including GST per hour without Web Care, or $121 including GST per hour with an active Web Care plan. Paid licences, hosting charges and third-party services are quoted separately.
Ongoing protection
Standard Web Care is currently $196.90 including GST per month and covers regular updates, offsite backups, uptime monitoring and routine checks. It is cancel-anytime and is not compulsory for the initial assessment.
